Throughout our journey together, we’ll be storing documents and communicating on your brand identity discover process. You’ll receive an on-boarding email with links and information on how to get the most out of your experience with Viim!
Step 2
Brand Identity Discovery
This full-day immersive discovery session will go in depth on your company’s what, how & why. Additionally, we’ll discuss your audience, competitive landscape, personality spectrum and more. These exercises will be the foundation for all of the work we do to develop & define your brand identity.
Step 3
Market Research – The Audience
We will do an in-depth research on your ideal target market to help develop and define your brand identity and most importantly your brand personas.
Step 4
Content – The Message
Your brand identity is not only made up of visuals such as logo, colors and photos. The key to establishing your brand identity from any other company, is within your messaging. We’ll write an in-depth story outlining your brand message, brand values, brand personality statement and brand personas.
Step 5
Design – The Visuals
You know the saying, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”? Well unfortunately, people DO judge by what they see. That is why we will design your brand identity visual elements with the brand research & messaging in mind. Ensuring the first impression your brand leaves, is created with an intention in mind; to leave a lasting impression and associate our visuals to our company.

Initial Concept Review and Selection
Integration is part of our core value system, it’s important that your brand identity is not dictated by our vision alone. We’ll go through a review and refine process to ensure all aspects of your brand identity are in alignment with your preferences and end goals.
Step 7
Review and Refine
To take your brand a step-further, we’ll provide Brand-in-Action samples. These are for reference only, but rest assured, we can provide brand artwork for your apparel, website, email marketing, sales collateral, or any other need that arises. Just let us know and we can provide a custom quote!
Step 8
Brand Identity – Final Assets
Once your brand identity is completed, you’ll receive the assets in a packaged digital format. These are easily shared with your web designer, graphic team or anyone who will be utilizing your brand identity assets. Additionally, you will receive your brand identity book in both .pdf and hardback book format.
